Vegan Milker®, CBE® and Emulsionizer® are the registered brands of a patented invention property of Chufamix S.L. & Emulsionizer S.L., a small company based in the little village of Alboraia (Spain, Europe). Its inventors are a small organic farmer & nutrition specialist, Itziar Bartolome, and a tigernut milk street vendor, Andoni Monforte, who were looking for a simple system to make their plant milk at home when they were inspired with this “Eureka” idea. VEGAN MILKER® has become in few years the Number 1 in online sales at the"Hand Blender Accessories" category in Europe, and also leader at the category of "Kitchen Tools and/or machines to make plant milks at home" 🥛🌱 CBE® & Emulsionizer® are the upgraded versions of Vegan Milker® and have been distinguished by the AMBIENTE 2024 International Jury in Frankfurt as "Intelligent Kitchen Appliance" by SOLUTIONS, and also as "Sustainable Innovation" by ETHICAL STYLE (while Vegan Milker Mülsi was also distinguished in 2023). On top of plant milks, thanks to its patented emulsion system, CBE® & EMULSIONIZER® are able to make out of the box gastronomic emulsions from almost any type of food like soups, sauces, coffee from whole coffee grains, etc. In fact, we are just starting to test the wide range of emulsion possibilities and meanwhile having... a lot of fun!
