Churchill Classics (originally Churchill Group) was founded in 1991 by Eric Tovar, a graduate of the University of Baltimore’s Merrick School of Business and lifelong resident of the Baltimore/Washington area. Originally established as a renovation and custom home building company, Churchill Classics has since adopted all aspects of small and large-scale renovations, land acquisition, land development and community development along with custom home design and construction.
