About Church Spirits & Ales

A revenue opportunity with all the right ingredients Fast-growing market | Tax incentives | Quality ingredients | World-class expertise With all the ingredients for a superior brand, we invite discerning investors eager to profit from Church Spirit & Ales’ promise of a great return. > The time is right for investing in craft spirits, particularly Canadian whisky. There is a world-wide growth market for distilled spirits, especially Canadian whisky. Within that, the craft spirits and beer market segment is outpacing the rest. In fact, a Canadian whisky was recently named the world’s best. > Vancouver Island is world-renowned for fresh air, and clean water. There’s no better place to build a distillery than BC. Fresh air, clean water, and robust grain --factors that position our products second to none in a global market. > Government incentives for investors. BC offers a 124% provincial tax break for craft distilling and allows self-distribution. In addition, because Church is registered as a BC Eligible Business Corporation (EBC), investors residing in BC receive a 30% investor tax credit. > Expertise of the team. On board is a world-renowned distiller, a celebrated whisky blender, an international trade expert, and a world-class marketing and branding team. (See LinkedIn profiles under People) > Sustainability. From the design, the site, the construction and the eventual operations -- every decision measured for getting as close as possible to zero impact on the environment. We aspire to leave it better than how we found it. > The Offer. Equity investment of $3.0 million will be matched by Business Development Bank of Canada (BDBC) / Agriculture Canada debt financing. Investment participation is offered with the following terms and open to negotiation: 31.7% of the company is offered @ .50/share; minimum investment is $25,000; all 6M Shares are Common Stocks with voting rights.
