> Vancouver Island is world-renowned for fresh air, and clean water. There’s no better place to build a distillery than BC. Fresh air, clean water, and robust grain --factors that position our products second to none in a global market.
> Government incentives for investors. BC offers a 124% provincial tax break for craft distilling and allows self-distribution. In addition, because Church is registered as a BC Eligible Business Corporation (EBC), investors residing in BC receive a 30% investor tax credit.

> The Offer. Equity investment of $3.0 million will be matched by Business Development Bank of Canada (BDBC) / Agriculture Canada debt financing. Investment participation is offered with the following terms and open to negotiation: 31.7% of the company is offered @ .50/share; minimum investment is $25,000; all 6M Shares are Common Stocks with voting rights. The founders invested $360,000 cash in equity as Common Stock.
