CHW Champions Network (CHWCN) is an umbrella whose mission is uniting Community Health Workers to pursue health equity and social justice. The CHWN was founded in December 2021 after several months of planning and organizing by Community Health Workers (CHWs) across geography, ethnicity, sector and experience to support communities to achieve health, equity and social justice. The CHWCN was created with a driven purpose of sharing life experience, trust, compassion, cultural and value alignment with the communities where we live and serve.
