CIADS uses the SG to leverage the PPP credit line to result in a several-factor purchasing power.
At a smaller scale, CIADS can help local Governments get additional funding from their citizens by providing the platform to directly involve people in investing through a crowdlending model, and supported by the transparency and intermediary-free of blockchain technology, in local infrastructure projects.
