Since 1915 the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (“Ciarb”) exists for the global development and facilitation of all forms of cost-effective private dispute resolution including arbitration. As a not-for-profit, Ciarb works in the public interest through an international network of branches including Ciarb Australia whose membership comprise eminent and experienced professionals with globally recognised qualifications who resolve disputes in a wide range of sectors including major infrastructure and construction, resources, transport, the arts, sport, finance, IT and media.
