Cibati stems from the passion of a young group of entrepreneurs and their love for Sicily and its products. Located at the heart of the island, our company is specialized in planting, growing, processing and marketing of aromatic herbs and officinal plants, both used for culinary and medical purposes. Cibati finds its roots on the principle of biodynamics, responsible for the well-known quality of its products . Over 50 hectares of land situated nearby the city of Agrigento, in a predominantly lowland area of south-western Sicily, have been carefully chosen in order to produce aromatic herbs and officinal plants with unique features. Thus, our plants are agrochemical-free and their growth is made exclusively through organic techniques. We guarantee the regular use of naturally occurring substances, such as composted farmyard manure, and the manufacturing process to be carried out in the traditional way by digging over and hoeing the ground, always in full respect of both the environment and the consumer.
