Captive Insurance Council of the District of Columbia

The Captive Insurance Council of the District of Columbia, Inc. (CIC-DC) represents captive owners, service providers and professionals in the District of Columbia, one of America's premier domiciles for captive insurers. CIC-DC was formed to advance the District of Columbia's presence in the captive marketplace, advocate on behalf of its members before state and federal policymakers, provide educational opportunities for its members and the public, and serve as a forum for members to meet and exchange information and ideas. Since its founding in 2001, CIC-DC has worked on behalf of its members to establish the District of Columbia as a center of captive insurance excellence.
