CIDARO srl is a consulting and project development company on Blockchain founded in 2018 by Francesco Cirulli, Matteo D'Andreta and Paolo Rollo.
In 2018, the company implemented a Blockchain-based digital voting system for the election of representatives at Liceo Scientifico Statale Cavour in Rome.
The team, due to their previous experiences, is specialized in consulting and development of projects regarding smart contracts, e-voting and traceability.
The three co-founders have been chosen among the 30 teachers (together with other important experts in the field, Italian and not) for the training courses "Blockchain Month Venice" in 2019 and "Blockchain Month Milan" in 2020.
In 2020, CIDARO developed and released its first application, Helium.
Helium is a decentralized file management tool.
The platform allows users to upload and download files from IPFS (InterPlanetary File System), share them with other users and certify them on Ethereum.
Helium is just the first of many applications that the startup intends to realize in order to exploit the properties of Blockchain and Smart contract while providing users with a simple and intuitive user experience.
