CIDB E-Construct Services Sendirian Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia on February 21, 2001 as a result of a joint-venture agreement between Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and Malaysian Institute of Microelectronic Systems (MIMOS). Subsequently CIDB acquired all of MIMOS’s shares in this joint-venture making CIDB E-Construct Sdn Bhd a wholly owned subsidiary of CIDB. We hold the belief that we are building the future.
