CILIP Pathways provides quality assessment services for apprenticeships. We are the end point assessment organisation (EPAO) for the Level 3 Library, Information and Archives Services Assistant (LIAS) apprenticeship Standard.
As part of the CILIP family of services, we have been involved in the development of this apprenticeship Standard from day one. We passionately believe in the importance of quality, diverse routes into the library, information and knowledge profession to deliver excellent services both now and in the future. CILIP has a well-established background in course accreditation and assessment services for individuals. That expertise and drive has been used to create CILIP Pathways for apprenticeship assessment.
