The Centre for International Learning and Leadership (CILL) promotes and encourages international thinking, values and skills. How international are you? How could you be more international? In an ever more interconnected world, these questions are important. Being international makes a practical difference to our careers, the reputation of our schools, the success of the organisations where we work and the prosperity of the communities we live in. CILL brings together expertise across the education sector and related fields. We offer: - Educational study visits to and from the UK - Leadership skills courses for young people and professionals - Intercultural skills training - Advisory and capacity-building services for education policy-makers, institutions and NGOs. We are adaptable and sensitive to local contexts. We understand the strategic objectives of clients and the varying agendas of other stakeholders. Our interest in policy, strong practical know-how and flexible approach offers added value. We will work anywhere in the world. Given current uncertainties in international political relations, we also believe now is the right time to develop new bilateral or multilateral education initiatives between the UK and other countries.
