CINANIMA

CINANIMA – International Animated Film Festival of Espinho, Portugal, is organized by NASCENTE – Cultural Action Cooperative, C.R.L., together with the Espinho City Council. Since its first edition in 1976, it has carried out regular activities to promote this cinematic form and its creators. It is considered a pioneering project in the decentralization of Portuguese culture and has managed to establish itself as an internationally significant event outside the major centers of Lisbon and Porto.
