Driven by values and a desire to share knowledge, we are an NDIS & Not-for-Profit advisory and transformation organisation. We seek to improve the financial health and productivity of providers to help more people in need. Over many years, we have developed our proprietary, the CINCH Transformation Program and have worked with 104 organisations – resulting in positive cashflows in 99% of our clients. Breaking these results down further, we have achieved an average 7.4% uplift for the Not-for-Profit organisations and NDIS Providers we have partnered with. Our process covers everything from organisational review, understanding unit costs, assistance with NDIS claiming, leadership coaching and change management, to boardroom level reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
