Cincinnati Compass connects immigrants, refugees, and internationals to regional resources and opportunities. Compass cultivates a welcoming environment by improving understanding and attitudes toward newcomers. Compass advances economic and cultural inclusion, enhancing the vibrancy and economic growth of the Cincinnati region. Cincinnati Compass will: • advocate for social and economic inclusion; • connect individuals and organizations to resources and to each other to build capacities and opportunities; and • promote and celebrate the cultural and economic contributions of new Cincinnatians. We have three key objectives: Objective #1: Create a region where immigrants and refugees feel welcome, wanted, and important Objective #2: Develop and expand opportunities for economic inclusion Objective #3: Influence policy change towards more inclusive and welcoming practices to expand cultural and economic opportunities
