Cincinnati Properties has been family owned and operated for three generations, since its founding in the late 1920s. Some of the properties and apartments that we manage were built by our founders and have been owned, maintained and operated by us ever since. We have recently renovated them with new kitchens, baths, flooring and hallways. We at Cincinnati Properties want each of our residents to feel proud of the home where they live. We want to have apartments that we would be proud to live in ourselves; apartments that you can call home. We have an in-house maintenance crew that provides excellent service at any time, day or night. All of our buildings are in quality parts of Greater Cincinnati, each in a neighborhood where you can feel safe and secure. Most of our buildings have resident managers to assist with whatever you may need. Many of our newer residents were recommended by people currently residing at one of our properties. While we continue to grow, we will never sacrifice the quality we have worked hard to achieve.
