CINDRAN (Centre for Inclusive Development Research & Analytics) is a pioneering non-profit using the power of data science and research evidence to accelerate equity, justice, and inclusion across Africa. Through rigorous mixed-methods analysis, ethical data innovation, and deep community engagement, we uncover root causes of marginalization while co-creating solutions with partners focused on dismantling inequality and barriers to empowerment. Core Intervention Areas: • Research - Producing qualitative and quantitative analyses identifying drivers of injustice to inform advocacy and policy reforms. • Racial, Gender & Ethnic Justice - Exposing and disrupting discriminatory systems through data-centered campaigns and interventions. • Child & Youth Development - Tracking key indicators on barriers facing youth to guide programming uplifting future generations. • Justice Systems Strengthening - Applying ethical data tools to enhance investigative capacities, effectiveness and accountability.
