CiNEOLA

CiNEOLA is a platform for Latin American stories, connecting audiences with diverse representations of Latinoamérica on film. Developing, producing, and distributing Latinx content. The inaugural CiNEOLA film festival was held online in June 2020 with a program of documentary short films from Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Honduras, Cuba, Venezuela, and Brazil. Co-presented by the Bay Area Video Coalition, proceeds from the online festival benefitted San Francisco venues the Roxie Theater and Artists’ Television Access as well as CARECEN SF, a non-profit supporting Latino, immigrant, and under-resourced families in the San Francisco Bay Area.
