The Cinnamon Cafe Pvt. Ltd. started its journey from a Food Truck in Ranchi by planning multiple outlets across the length and breadth of India. The latest addition is Kanpur with a 250 sq ft set up, which provides fast, yet healthy snacks options. The Cinnamon is the brainchild of Mr. Sumit Mishra and headed by his differently-abled Maternal Uncle who is the First-Generation Entrepreneur with the motive to serve society and provide jobs to the differently-abled and special need people who are mostly seen as a neglected part of the society. Differently-abled individuals face many difficulties in finding jobs, the biggest reasons behind this is the lack of infrastructure and the lack of facilities provided to them. They're often discouraged due to the lack of understanding and the number of problems they face in society every day. The Cinnamon comes here to help those people and provides them respectable job opportunities, organize workshops in workplaces to make all employees understand about types of disabilities, and how they need to act around differently-abled individuals, especially when they face difficulties or face health issues.
