Center for Innovation and Product Development (CIPD)

The Center has been established within KLE Technological University to develop capabilities in Product Innovation, Design and Development for support of regional Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Start-ups, Students and Faculty. The following strategic initiatives shall be deployed to achieve our goal: 1) Support regional Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises in Existing Product Improvements and also in New Product Introduction (NPI). 2) Building Capability: Design and Develop training programs and workshops for regional MSME towards building Product Innovation capabilities. 3) Collaboration: Collaborate with Industry, Start-ups, Students, Faculty and Society to convert innovative ideas into products. 4) Develop an Eco-system: Develop an eco-system for Product Innovation and Intellectual Property Management for all stake holders.
