Project Circa began with a passion for good food and a lofty objective: to make simple, delicious, chef-quality food at competitive prices for partners that share our core values. We produce perfectly seared proteins at scale - such as chicken breasts, turkey breasts, sausage patties, and meatballs - as well as oven roasted vegetables for foodservice and retail. Our unique cast iron searing technology, classically trained culinary team, devotion to food safety and focus on efficiency and throughput clearly sets us apart from those producing these products today. We are the fourth generation in the food business. Ventures include Standard Meat Company (under which Circa operates), Syracuse Sausage, CTI Foods, Kettle Cooked Foods, and Rosani Foods.
