Our neighbourhood restaurant will bring a low-key & relaxed atmosphere with a menu that gets people excited. Set in an 18th century former cobblers with panelled walls, an atrium and wooden flooring we’ve installed a custom Japanese inspired bbq and purpose built industrial bar. As ever our kitchen focuses on circular cooking, squeezing every last drop out of the wonderful produce we get our hands on from small, ethical suppliers. From fermenting to tinctures our zero-waste philosophy is at the heart of what we do. In the dining room, bold and innovative cookery meets warm and welcoming service. Circa is an inclusive space to unwind, where we guide our guests through our menus in a relaxed format. Whether walking in, or joining us for a celebration, expect to find beautiful low-intervention wines; foraged cocktails and homemade vermouths, and a wonderfully curated soundtrack. We have started developing our very own HQ. Featuring a fermentation lab, mushroom grow room, kitchen garden and micro-brewery at Ben’s place overlooking the river dart. 2025 is set to be a big year in our drive for self-sufficiency.
