Circle Associates

CIRCLE Associates is a platform for collaborating among monitoring, evaluation, research, learning (MERL), and knowledge management (KM) professionals in Bangladesh. It is established in 2016 under the support of USAID’s Accelerating Capacity for Monitoring and Evaluation (ACME) activity with an objective of practicing high standard innovative monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL) techniques in development sector. Although, the core concept of CIRCLE built on USAID monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework, but it has widened its scope of works with related others MERAL frameworks such as OECD, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, etc.
