Circle, Inc

We are pleased to present our capacity document, to showcase our ability to deliver affordable housing communities. Our apartment-style, attainable housing comes complete with luxury amenities, community gathering spaces and gated security for its residents. Our team is comprised of two qualified co-developers with decades of experience both locally and statewide. Circle, Inc., chartered in 2002, is an Escambia County based non-profit Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). Circle maintains the CHDO designation both locally and statewide. We focus on five key areas of community development: attainable housing, economic development, access to health care, education and recreation. Under our housing department, we have been involved in the development of over 400 affordable homes in Escambia County. We have successfully co- developed a local housing authority site by securing the funding. In addition, Circle has co-developed attainable housing in Santa Rosa County, specifically in Milton, Florida. We work closely with local and state government entities, including local community agencies. As president of Circle, Inc, I have served the Escambia County and Pensacola community as the founder and pastor of Calvary Christian Center for almost 40 years. The church has provided multiple programs to the community in the form of low-cost day care, economic development, access to healthcare and recreation.
