Circle Peak Capital was established in 2002 and is a sector-oriented private investment firm focused exclusively on smaller control-stake buyouts and delivering significant value-creation to our portfolio companies through the utilization of extensive operational expertise resident at, or around, the firm. Since August 2005, CPC has closed and led or co-led 7 stand-alone buyouts or investments and 10 add-ons, which combined total over $450 million in transaction value, junior capital commitments of over $230 million, and revenue of over $435 million. Circle Peak focuses on control-stake LBOs & MBOs, carve-outs, orphan products/brands, and family businesses in the United States and Europe with a hands-on, concentrated-portfolio, and a value investment orientation. Our goal is to partner with talented management teams to build profitable, sustainable consumer branded businesses and to generate significant wealth creation for management, our investors, and our partners. Circle Peak invests in firms with between $50 million and $500 million of annual sales and expects to make 1-3 investments per year, involving up to $100 million of equity in the consumer & brand related businesses.
