Wij recyclen PU-schuim en latex uit o.a. oude matrassen, ontmantelde meubelstukken en postindustriële reststromen tot nieuw schuim dat geschikt is voor diverse toepassingen in de meubelindustrie. Ons gerecycled schuim biedt dezelfde kwaliteit en duurzaamheid als nieuw schuim, maar met een aanzienlijk lagere ecologische voetafdruk.
Daarnaast recyclen we EPS (piepschuim) en produceren we nieuwe EPS-producten. EPS is licht, sterk, voordelig en volledig recyclebaar en kan worden ingezet voor talloze toepassingen o.a. in de meubelindustrie. Ons gerecycled EPS behoudt al zijn positieve eigenschappen terwijl het bijdraagt aan een circulaire economie.
In samenspraak met onze klanten kunnen wij de gerecyclede schuim- en EPS blokken snijden op de gewenste maten en vormen. Dit stelt ons in staat om aan specifieke productvereisten en designwensen te voldoen, ongeacht de complexiteit van de toepassing.
