About ESSEC Global Circular Economy Chair

“Shaping the leaders of the economy of tomorrow” The circular economy is the only tool to reconcile economic growth and sustainable development. With finite resources and changing consumer behavior towards eco-responsible consumption, the circular economy provides a sustainable and profitable solution. Founded in 2021, the Chair aims to train the future Chief Circular Officers through courses on the circular economy and sustainability, and projects with its partners - L'Oréal, EssilorLuxottica, and Bouygues. The Chair will also conduct academic research on the circular economy and create an open, global ecosystem consisting of corporates, startups, think tanks, academics, and government agencies.
