The company is the result of a joint venture between Millicom International Cellular (MIC) and Kalixa Group (KALIXA) bringing together the experience of emerging markets, digital lifestyles and mobile from Millicom with the payment experience and expertise from Kalixa Group. Launching into 30 markets in LATAM and Africa over the next 5 - 10 years, the footprint and distribution from Millicom will ensure our customers get the most from our scale and from our developments geared towards these markets.
