CircumRent

CircumRent is a residential leasing platform that incentivizes residents to show their apartments before they move out, providing prospective renters with access to a database of future apartments before they reach brokers for a fee that is 2-3x less than the fee that brokers charge, and helping landlords minimize vacancies in the process. CircumRent does this by offering residents who are moving out a 3% annual rent rebate, if they assist us in finding the next renter.
