Companhia Industrial de Resinas Sintéticas, CIRES, Lda was establish in 1960 and based in Portugal as manufacturer of PVC. In 2009, we folded into one of our founding shareholders, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., that is the world’s leading manufacturer in this sector.
Our product offerings are comprised of general-purpose grades of suspension PVC (S-PVC), but also a range of speciality products with highly specific properties, both in S-PVC but also including a suite of emulsion-manufactured PVC grades (E-PVC).
