Our company was founded in 1998. Over the years, the company has grown to a total staff of more than 130 employees today, and has located in 8 regions in Russia and 2 countries abroad. The service department of the company is an unite of people with different competences. These are service managers, service engineers, repair department engineers, technical support specialists. There is own training center for junior engineers and design department. The head office is located in St. Petersburg. Also our branches located in Murmansk, Kaliningrad, Petrozavodsk, Vladivostok, Rostov-on-Don, Arkhangelsk, Novorossiisk, Taman. While our clients vessels sail all over the world - we are ready to provide services at different ports in the shortest possible time. No matter where our clients go we have partnerships with service companies in all major ports. Our principle is not to leave the client with a problem. We always offer various solutions: repair, replacement of old equipment, temporary rent of equipment for the time of repair, arrangement of remote technical support. Our main resource is human - specialists. To engage and coach specialists we have something that most service organizations in Russia do not have. This is a large technical base on our own territory with workshops and demonstration room. Here we not only repair, test and maintain the equipment, but also train our people. But in addition to internal training, engineers annually pass various courses at manufacturers' factories and obtain certificates. These are Cobham, Furuno, Transas, Highlander, Consillium, PNPPK, Katav-Ivanovsky MK plant, Tokyo Keiki, KODEN and many others.
