Cirway delivers high level hands-on advisory services based on 30 years of experience in the capital markets sector, outstanding analytical skills and a strong network of partners in relevant areas of exchange, clearinghouse, central securities depositories (CSDs) and regulatory business. Its ambition is to support its customers in reaching their targets with the right partners and in the most efficient and effective way. Cirway was founded in 2010 by Mr. Eric Pezet, a former business developer within the Euronext Group. Since 2010, Cirway Consulting gained the confidence of the industry in various projects aimed at the modernisation and development of capital markets. Some of Cirway’s flagship credentials in capital markets development programs include: 2020 – Cirway was chosen to advise the Mauritanian central bank to implement the interbank foreign exchange market in Mauritania. 2019-2020 – Cirway was appointed by the EBRD to develop the corporate strategy and business plan of the Georgian stock exchange. 2016-2018 – Cirway took part to the EBRD project “scoping and implementation support for the Tunisian CSD”. Cirway provided the procurement and risk management expertise . 2016 – The implementation of the new Algerian capital market information technology (IT) infrastructure in partnership with Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME).
