People Analytics - CISHRM

We are a committee that consists of a diverse set of analytic thinkers from across the community. Each of us specializes in a different part of people analytics and together provide a holistic approach to designing better solutions for humans at work. The Central Iowa chapter of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) has created this committee to serve as a resource for our members to access all things "people data". We are the first SHRM chapter to have ever dedicated a position and focus on People Analytics, demonstrating our community's innovative thinking and commitment to driving business results.
