Mission CISV Educates, and Inspires ACTIONS for a more JUST and PEACEFUL WORLD Description CISV as an organization Educates, and Inspires ACTIONS for a more JUST and PEACEFUL WORLD, through its different programs, projects, and committees. The Organization carries out its activities through a number of programs ranging from: -Village (11 years) -Interchange (12-13 years) -Step Up aka Summer Camp (14-15 years) -Youth Meeting -Seminar (18 years) As well as project based committees: -Mosaic -Junior Branch aka JB JB to get more into specifics, is the very Heart and Soul of CISV. It is home to all active CISV volunteers between the ages 14 - 25, a.k.a JUNIORS. Juniors develop intercultural and leadership skills through educational and social activities. They organize their own programmes on a wide variety of themes, such as social justice and the environment. Junior Branch activities are aimed at building community, developing skills and promoting peace through education.
