Incorporated as a Public Benefit Corporation in November 2021 with a focus on aligning the health and pharmaceutical industries with our goals of global health and well-being *Started out of our conviction that increased generation of and access to data and technology will vastly improve discovery for under-studied diseases, enable exploration of novel biology, and accelerate development of therapeutics and healthcare technologies *Citadel Discovery seeks to bring together industry, academia, not-for-profit foundations, venture partners, and open/crowd-source resources to build a fully integrated platform for data generation and data-sharing *We are focused on overcoming significant challenges in therapeutic discovery by: -Creating a platform for sharing enabling data sets that are currently siloed -Developing a comprehensive AI platform for drug discovery using DNA Encoded Libraries and computational methods across the full scope of disease related proteins -Generating and sharing high-value data sets and analysis capabilities to eliminate the need for each company to ‘reinvent the wheel’ -Bringing data access to academics who are currently locked out or side-lined in the discovery process -Engaging the full ecosystem of supply chain and logistics to align with the need for quality data generation and rapid validation of predictive technologies such as rapid chemical synthesis, and improved data collection and curation.
