'Cities After Dark' is a European project under the URBACT programme involving the cities of Braga (Portugal), Paris (France), Tallinn (Estonia), Varna (Bulgaria), Genoa (Italy), Malaga (Spain), Nicosia (Cyprus), Piraeus (Greece), Zadar (Croatia) and Budva (Montenegro).
