Cities & People Advisors partners with organizations to achieve transformational change and end systemic oppression. For over a decade, we’ve been bringing our intersectional lens and multi-disciplinary approach to these partnerships through services including equity-focused research and evaluation, organizational development, project design and sustainability, strategic planning, and the design and facilitation of meetings, trainings, and convenings. Our team members are racially, ethnically, and culturally diverse, and we bring our lived expertise as people who are LGBTQ+, members of working-class families of origin, women of color, and descendants of refugees and immigrants to all the work we do.
