Citius Strength and Conditioning

The mission at Citius Strength and Conditioning is to make sure an athletes physical abilities are never in question, particularly ice-hockey goalies where there is a 31% injury rate at the NHL level. Thru individualized assessments and a sound understanding of the position’s physical demands based on the level of play, we are able to customize programs targeting the limitation of injuries while improving athletic performance. Over the past 9 years, we've seen this formula proven with an injury rate below 5% for goalies of WHL, NCAA, Jr. A, and Midget AAA caliber. Our goal is to greatly reduce the number of injuries occurring for goaltenders and change the mindset of players, parents, management and fans alike – the mindset that these injuries are simply a part of playing the game.
