Citizens Advice Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole is an independent charity that provides information, education and advice services to help people resolve problems. Citizens Advice Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole is part of a national network of over 280 individual charities that deliver advice across England & Wales overseen by a national framework provided by Citizens Advice. Citizens Advice Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole is one of the busiest advice agencies in Dorset, delivering services from 3 offices and 20 outreaches. We are based in the West Wing of Bournemouth Town Hall, where we deliver a large amount of our face-to-face services. We provide our AdviceLine service from Bournemouth Library. All of our services are delivered from these sites and other regular and ad hoc locations around the Boroughs according to the needs of the various projects and to improve access for clients and residents.
