Citrus Saturday, developed by UCL (University College London), teaches entrepreneurship and enterprise skills to young people around the world!
Our Citrus Saturday Toolkit brings some of UCL’s world-renowned entrepreneurship training to a younger audience.
Participants work in teams to create a business plan, make a citrus drinks product, and sell it to the public, then - just like any enterprise - they keep the profits! This cements in their minds the link between working hard and earning money, and gives them the confidence, skills and know-how to go into the world and create opportunities for themselves and for others.
Thousands of young people (aged 8-25) from around 200 different schools and youth organisations in at least 12 different countries across Europe and Africa have benefited from Citrus Saturday so far.
