It was founded in the year 1999 as a Soil Testing firm. Even though it had a humble beginning, the company has grown steadily over the years and has successfully rendered into customized professional services in various fields. CETL initially focused on Geotechnical Engineering and consistently maintained its leadership position in that sector. In a span of 23 years, the company has made its presence felt in the entire country. With a steady growth in Geotechnical Consultancy in the last decade, the firm has established itself in Soil Testing, Engineering ,Survey, Piling & Construction.
