City Microgrids is passionate about enabling sustainable living in cities. Our mission is to make clean and reliable electricity readily available and free to access for commercial and residential communities who currently have no choice but to purchase unreliable electricity produced from unsustainable processes. City Microgrids generates electricity from renewable energy sources and sells this electricity to commercial and residential tenants that rent space in urban buildings. Our renewable power generation systems (microgrids) are installed and operated at the premises where electricity is sold and consumed. We enter into a lease agreement with the property owner(s) to rent un-used space that is available for the installation and operation of the microgrid. Therefore, City Microgrids increases the value and profitability of a property by generating an additional rental income for property owner(s).
