City Sundblad Telecom AB (Citytelecom) grundades av Stefan Sundblad som jobbat med kablar och kontakter sen 1991 då han började på SELGA i Spånga. Det hann bli 9 år på SELGA innan Stefan ändrade inriktning till att börja arbeta mer med aktiva produkter inom telekommunikation på det tyska bolaget PandaTel med försäljningsansvar för länderna Sverige och Finland.
