Civic Communities offers lending and investment services aimed at providing products and services to organizations and businesses that have limited access to traditional capital or financing mechanisms. Services include New Markets Tax Credits, loans, lines of credit, as well as investments in housing and commercial real estate. Civic’s investment strategy is to use leveraged financing to foster livable communities and healthy neighborhoods, nurture small business, and stimulate job creation in low and moderate-income communities. Community Impact Investment programs can assist with capital solutions through direct investments in real estate with investments in housing and commercial real estate. Real estate and consulting solutions are offered to non-profit and community-based organizations, small real estate developers or investors. Project management and construction services support in-house projects, as well as to outside third parties. Consulting and technical services are offered to non-profit organizations, community-based organizations, small real estate developers or investors, as well as other entities.
