Civic Notions, LLC is a community planning consultant based in Wake Forest, NC serving small towns throughout the state. We are focused on partnering and collaborating with our clients to be an extension of the staff, providing fresh ideas and excellent customer service to the municipalities we serve. We provide a wide range of services including comprehensive planning, ordinance analysis and preparation, site plan and plat review, community engagement, and planning education. Our Principal Planner, Karen Morgan Mallo, brings over 25 years of experience working in small towns as a planning consultant. She is attentive to clients needs and works collaboratively to develop strong partnerships and products to benefit communities.
