Brendan Paterson, Civilivic’s original and current Managing Director, applied his extensive experience from a time in local government to development consultancy, civil engineering contracting, and project management. Brendan created Civilivic with his first-hand and hands-on experience, now spanning 40+ years, in all the phases of a land development project.
The operations and personnel of the company, now expanded, boasts hundreds of years of experience and a clear, simple, and effective business philosophy and model.
