As a joint venture between Grupo ZPar and executives from the financial markets, CIX Capital’s objective is to enhance real estate investment opportunities and its ramifications within the financial and capital markets. The company has generated long-term investment opportunities in several sectors of the real estate market, such as residential, distribution centers, commercial centers and office buildings, both in Brazil and the USA, with operations that total more than R$ 1.3 billion. Within this scope, we operate in four main areas: • Capital Markets CIX Capital originates, structures and distributes efficient and innovative transactions, using financial and capitals market instruments to produce expressive results, delivered with agility and diligence. • Offshore Investments We believe that every global portfolio must have participation in real estate assets from mature and stabilized economies. Given its pro-business characteristics, we pay special attention to the USA real estate market, with emphasis on South Florida. • Real Estate Management CIX Capital manages real estate assets. This includes all aspects of the process: monitoring the markets where the assets are located, understanding and managing the risks associated with each type of asset, their respective stages of development and/or maturation, and following the investments’ cash flow and their returns. • Asset Management CIX Capital Gestão de Ativos is an independent asset management company established with a focus on real estate operations in the financial and capital markets.
