CJHNetwork is a management, training consultancy and software reseller. We are Business Partners with a number of companies representing them in EMEA and Ireland, namely: Effective Training Associates, San Jose, California; IBM’s Talent Management Solutions (TMS) including Talent Frameworks, SHL Assessments; Lexonis from Oxford, provider of a comprehensive set of competency frameworks and cloud-based competency software; Immersive Labs in Bristol, developer of the first, virtual Cyber Academy. CJHNetwork operates with a talented group of Associates who combine functional expertise with a common ability to train and apply continuous improvement thinking to any project undertaken. Our technology Partnerships keep us abreast of new developments in the Human Resources space. We have a strong focus on the people side of Cyber Security and work closely with our business partners, Immersive Labs Cyber Academy and SHL Assessments to provide our clients with support and systems for recruitment and training of people into cyber roles. CJHNetwork is a network of Consultants led by Colm J. Hyland. The Team primarily works in four, main areas of research and delivery. The main work streams are; Planning People Improvement Process Improvement Psychometrics Products We are registered EFQM Assessors and ISO Auditors. Training is accredited through FÁS, the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Institute of Commercial Management. The CJH Team also includes registered Psychologists who are certified to use the full range of psychometrics. We are certified users and trainers for Belbin’s Self-Perception Inventory, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi).
