The Leadon Family Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to mutual benefit through youth entrepreneurship, startup innovation, and charitable collaboration. We exist to support and uplift the bold ideas of young founders, future leaders, and underserved changemakers who are building businesses that matter.
Our core mission is to issue grants, interest-free loans, and mentorship resources to emerging entrepreneurs—especially those between the ages of 13 and 25—who seek to launch or expand socially impactful ventures. We believe that investing early in youth-led innovation creates a ripple effect of opportunity, economic empowerment, and generational change.
Through our application-based grantmaking programs, we provide essential startup funding for new businesses in industries such as technology, sustainability, education, the arts, and community development. We offer tailored financial support designed to be accessible, flexible, and mission-aligned—helping young entrepreneurs gain the resources they need to succeed.
We also partner with and support other 501(c)(3) charities that share our values and goals, issuing donations to nonprofit organizations working in youth development, financial literacy, and inclusive entrepreneurship.
As a mutual benefit nonprofit foundation, we prioritize not only public good but also the growth and self-sufficiency of our members and grant recipients. Our goal is to create a thriving network of youth founders, mentors, and philanthropists committed to building a stronger future—together.
