ChandniKumarLal.Org (CKL) is a non-profit personalised career guidance service that helps people discover their career path and coaches them in working towards it. Given that we spend most of our time at work, authentic career choices are key to finding fulfilment in our lives.
This initiative has been inspired by Chandni Kumar Lal, who passed away at the age of 29 on Dec 26, 2013, falling prey to a life-destroying aneurysm, that not only took her but also her two lovely babies Ariana Lal and Adira Lal. Chandni has been described as a beautiful soul, who built strong emotional bonds with people and touched their lives in a meaningful way. She lived life with a zest, a fearlessness, and was legendary for her infectious laughter. She infused everyone she met with a warmth and caring that lingers in everyone's mind.
Since its conception in 2014, this program has touched 300+ people, helping some of them find their dream jobs with world class organisations like Unilever, Uber, BCG, Google etc.
